Terms of service

Kairos provides software that runs an automated trading agent on brokerage and LLM accounts you connect with your own credentials. Kairos is a software tool — it is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian, and it does not hold your funds.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Automated strategies can and do lose money. Nothing in the service is investment advice or a recommendation, and past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configuration and outcomes.

You must be legally eligible to trade, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any connected broker or LLM provider. You are responsible for all costs billed directly to those accounts.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent security or rate limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to violate the rights of others or any law or market regulation.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. LLM and brokerage costs are billed directly to your own accounts and are not collected by Kairos.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service or its users.
